Message from the Executive Director

What would our community, our nation and our world look like if we could productively, proactively transform the energy in differences of opinion, values and objectives into a collaborative problem solving process? That is what we get to do every day here at Mid Shore Community Mediation Center. We see the impact on lives and organizations that this process of mediation and restorative conversations can have. We get to see it work in real time – a rewarding process for all involved!

We have a small, but mighty staff and many exceptional volunteers who help bring peace and resolution to as many people as possible in the communities of Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot Counties. As our fiscal year comes to a close, we realize we need additional funds to carry out our mission and are requesting support from you. In order to serve all who need our help, we ask you to consider a donation of any amount. We need these resources to help elders and their caregivers, parents and teens, siblings facing disputes over the estate of a deceased parent or students having conflicts in school with other peers or teachers.

Please learn more about how we fulfill our mission to bring more resolution and transformation to an even wider range of people, settings and situations in our communities.

It takes all of us, and together, we are making a difference.

Sincerely,
Jenn Williams
Executive Director
